Mid-Century Pulldown UFO LIght

A mid-century pulldown UFO light fixture offered by Snowdrift Antiques..
 
This vintage pulldown light fixture is from the 1960s. It is typically referred to as a “UFO light” in reference to its saucer shape. It has a mechanism in the center that allows it to be pulled down closer to or pushed up further away from the space it is illuminating.
 
This light is copper in color with a frosted glass insert underneath that has some dark gray radial lines for interest. It has a 3 way switch and it can be dimmed if on a dimmer.
 
It is currently wired to be hard wired into the ceiling.
 
It measures 16 inches in diameter.
 
This piece is in excellent vintage condition.  There are no dents to the metal and no chips to the glass.
 
This is a very cool light for your mid-century dining space.
